Material standards
Features of materials for accessories:
1. We use high-density polyester fabrics (thread thickness of 900 den, compared to the standard 600 den);
2. Only rubberized lining (increases the water resistance of the products);
3. YKK zippers and frames from the Japanese brand for reliable performance;
4. Durable threads from the Polish brand TITAN, which have 40% higher diagonal tear resistance than standard threads;
5. We use eco-leather with 35,000+ cycles of abrasion resistance.

Features of materials for clothing:
1. Premium quality Turkish-made knitwear, which retains its color for a long time and does not pill from friction;
2. High-quality fleece, also made in Turkey :)
3. Hypoallergenic insulation materials such as Thinsulate and Hollowsoft, which do not deform during washing, provide good air circulation, and retain heat effectively.
Methods and technologies:
1. Digital patterns and automatic laser cutting equipment: ensures precise cutting, making all product elements even and symmetrical;
2. Modern, high-quality "walking" sewing machines that do not leave noticeable marks or scratches, especially on eco-leather;
3. Automatic equipment for cutting straps and zippers, ensuring high precision and quality sealing of the tape edges;
4. In-house printing and engraving equipment (your company’s logo will not be produced or outsourced to third-party contractors);
5. Four levels of incoming technical control: raw materials, semi-finished products, and two levels of control at the finished product stage;
6. Warranty service: even if a defect is found during use, we will certainly repair it. All our warranty cases undergo mandatory audits, and based on the findings, structural changes are made to subsequent batches and production methods;
7. Modern facilities with effective ventilation, heating, and lighting systems, and a high level of cleanliness – products are free of foreign odors, dust, and moisture;
8. Most importantly, our team loves their work and creates the product from the first sketch to the final stitch.
